What does Bring It On bring?
We're a production partner, not a booking agency. Once a show or tour is on the table, we make it run: contract coordination, payments and settlement, logistics, and on-site production support. We work alongside agents and managers, not in their place. You set the deal, we handle the operation.
What kind of work do you take on?
We manage single shows, headline runs, festival dates, and full international tours. Scale isn't the test, complexity is. If it crosses borders, moves a crew, or ends in a settlement, it's our kind of job.
Do you operate internationally?
Yes. International touring is where we come from. We've moved productions across borders for years: routing, freight, visas, crew, settlement in multiple currencies. Cross-border is the normal case for us, not the exception.
How do you handle technical production on-site?
We run the operation around it. From first load-in to final load-out, we coordinate the production schedule, manage suppliers and local crew, see that technical and hospitality riders are met, and keep logistics on track. We bring in the technical specialists a show needs and make sure they have what they require to do their job — so nothing falls through the cracks.
How do you protect the artist’s interests?
By handling the parts where artists usually get exposed: the contract terms, the settlement, the money. We pressure-test the deal before it's signed, make sure the numbers reconcile after the show, and keep the logistics tight so nothing slips. The artist's job is the work on stage, ours is making sure the business around it is solid, so no one's vision gets compromised by a detail no one checked.
How much administrative work will I have to do?
Less than you're used to. You stay across the decisions that are yours — approvals, the calls only you can make. Everything underneath that, we carry. A clear point of contact, so you're not chasing five people for answers. You'll still know exactly where things stand; you just won't be the one holding it all together.
